  OVER two hours of waiting for two pizzas (that still never came after my call to complain). The girl who answered the phone was kind enough to say I wouldn't be charged so long as I didn't sign for it and the pizza came back to them. Are you effing serious? I didn't want it even if it was free at that point since I had to cook something quick so my kids could eat and get in bed on a school night. Oh, and I don't buy it for a second that it's out for delivery for that long due to traffic when I live 2 miles away.
  Your customer service is bad, and you should feel bad. I will not buy from this chain again. You aren't the only pizza place in town, you just happened to be my kids' favorite. Not anymore.

  Order came even sooner than I expected. Courteous and friendly service. Wings were actually robust and juicy, fries were okay, and cinnamon sticks were great warm with a little icing added. Had no issues or complaints really, will probably be ordering here again.

  Second time I have been here after calling to place an order and I get there they gave my pizza to someone else. Workers didn't even care about screwing up the order so I just left. Never will eat here again the customer service always horrible!
