  We have to do better! Burger King is one of the more prominent fast food chains in America. Just because it's located in a low income area does not mean that the service expectation and professionalism should be held at a lower standard. Not only was my order taken and immediately not ring up at the register, but the person that took the order went back to the back of the restaurant and started rapping. Eventually a second person came out to take my order and kindly asked, Did somebody get your order? I promptly said, I thought so but it doesn't appear that they have. Once my order was being prepared, the entire group began swearing and cursing in front of the customer base. And it seemed so normal that noone seemed alarmed by it. Now I curse probably more than the average person but the difference is, I know when to do it and when not to do it. In the meantime other customers would come in and it took them at least 10 to 15 minutes per order to get their food. I would encourage any district manager to visit this locale and make changes ASAP. This is an embarrassment to a great friend and this location needs help yesterday!

  I have been over here by Burger King about 10 years. This spot looks better from the old one but they got alot of young kids working there. I was there for 20mins waiting on my food.. The bathrooms were nasty, This is a new spot why is it nasty. Clean it up and maybe bk can be the place to eat again.
