  Consistently horribly ridiculously bad service. A half hour in the drive thru is absurd. Cashier doesn't know how to count change or work the credit card reader. The ladies at the 2nd window messed up 4 consecutive orders in a row that had to be sent back. When I finally get up there, they're too busy gossiping about a party to bother with customers. Fire the entire staff, starting with the manager and close it down.

  This McDonald's generally serves fresh, hot food, but they also frequently have slow service and serve you the incorrect food. I was here today at the drive-thru and my Dr. pepper was all fizz, no syrup.... Which would be okay but it was the same way about a week ago. That means they either haven't changed the syrup out that whole time, or they are knowingly serving nasty Dr. Pepper without caring. Once, I waited here for like almost ten minutes for my food at the counter while it was right behind the cashier on the table ready for her to hand to me, and she definitely walked by it or saw it multiple times but just continued to serve other customers. Also once they gave me sausage egg and cheese biscuits when I clearly said mcgriddles. I only go here because I live very close by and the next closest one is a lot farther away...
